Ordering

When you place your order with us, we will work to get it out as quickly as possible.  Most orders are shipped within one business day from the time they are received.  Occasionally, a product is out of stock or is a special order, which may require an extra day or two.

We will send you an e-mail confirmation notification when your order has been processed and the purchase has been confirmed with your credit card company.  We will also notify you when your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We ship all orders with UPS.  When you are finished shopping, you will be given the available UPS shipping options to choose from during the checkout process.  Prices for each option are shown so you can make the shipping decision that works best for you.  Normally, the options you will have are:

UPS Ground
UPS 3-Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air Saver
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.

Some of these options may not be available to you, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track its progress.  You can track your order at UPS tracking.
